ANONYMISED CASE STUDY · INTEGRATION

Bringing AI to the systems a business already relies on.

Some of the most valuable AI projects do not start with replacing software. We connected AI to existing ERP, CRM and legacy platforms — including older systems the business had previously been told could not realistically be integrated.

THE CHALLENGE

The business wanted modern automation without a disruptive system replacement.

Critical information lived in ERP, CRM and older platforms that still performed their core jobs well. Their age or architecture made modern workflows difficult and had led to the assumption that AI would require replacing them.

What we implemented

We built integration layers around the existing environment using supported APIs, database connections, scheduled imports and exports, file interfaces, middleware or bespoke connectors. Once data can move safely through that layer, AI can become part of the workflow without forcing staff into an entirely new way of working.

  • Connect AI to ERP and CRM data
  • Work with older or bespoke business systems
  • Use APIs, databases, files or custom connectors
  • Keep existing systems as the source of truth
  • Feed AI enquiry, ordering, reporting and knowledge workflows
  • Write approved results back into existing systems
  • Introduce automation incrementally rather than replacing everything
